Not For Me
It feels hard. For unknown reasons it feels as though it bunches up in the center of the pillow and my head hurts. I purchased the soft fluff. I’ve never experienced this before. I tried it for a few minutes twice with the same result each time. I hope I can return it as it was shipped in a vacuum sealed bag which I tossed. I left the two stars rating because other reviews show that it worked for some people.

Shoulder pain went away.
We purchased the firm pillows and soft, as well. I absolutely love the firm. I think still palpable not too firm. I have been searching for "the" pillow for years. And since sleeping with my Fluffco pillow, my shoulder pain has gone away. I am a bit shocked, to be honest. My body sleeps better without pain. A major relief....EVEN SO, I TAKE WITH ME WHEN I Travel. It is just crazy. And yes I recommend.
