Not For Me
It feels hard. For unknown reasons it feels as though it bunches up in the center of the pillow and my head hurts. I purchased the soft fluff. I’ve never experienced this before. I tried it for a few minutes twice with the same result each time. I hope I can return it as it was shipped in a vacuum sealed bag which I tossed. I left the two stars rating because other reviews show that it worked for some people.

Love the pillow; mixed review from spouse
58 yo with cervical spine problems and apnea - I was a little suspicious just taking it out if packaging - flat and felt artificial. But after a week of use, it stays fluffed and firm without feeling too stiff/hard. Very satisfied so far
