DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER

I purchased this dress on Nordstrom.com and I am true to size. Upon receipt, I tried it on, it was too small, returned it the next day, unworn with tags, and in the original shipping bag. I then received an email from Nordstrom stating my refund was denied by NOCTURNE based on the dress was damaged. I'm like what??? The seller has declined to provide any photos or additional documentation related to the return denial, and they refuse to provide credit back. As a result, I have no dress, no refund, no explanation why, and no way to contact the seller. This is terrible for no fault of my own and I do not know why they feel the dress was damaged. Be careful of third party seller NOCTURNE.
