The gold is already coming off

A friend bought this ring for me, which I absolutely loved the first night that I started wearing it. I could tell on the back that the gold was already coming off. I’ve had it now for two weeks and the whole back of the ring is now silver that is unacceptable for such a beautiful ring

stones fell out in first week

I understood that it wasn’t going to super high quality, but I’ve lost three stones from it in the first week of wear. I have other affordable jewelry that’s has last years. I would find a similar ring from another company.
