Double Adjustable Buckle Slide And Closure

I tore ligaments in my ankle in a fall a few months ago. I ended up in a stirrup brace and bandage and on crutches for several weeks. The brace and bandage made it impossible to wear any of my regular shoes. I came across these sandals at our local store and found that the double adjustable straps would allow me to get it on my injured foot. My wife suggested that I get them so I could wear it on my bad foot to provide some protection and it would allow me to put my foot down if I needed to. I got the brown ones as they went well with the lace up hiker that I happened to be wearing that day. I found that it went well with the hiker, a brown dress shoe,and a brown topsider that I wear a lot. A couple of days later, I went back and bought the black ones so I'd have something to match my black dress shoe that I frequently wear to work. These ended up being a great purchase as I was on crutches for over a month while my ankle was recovering. I them daily to work, and whenever I was out someplace. I even wore the black one to a wedding and reception. I was surprised at how many people, especially ladies in my office, commented on them and what a good idea it was. A couple, including my wife, said that they looked “cute”. I guess that's a good thing. If you gotta be hurt, might as well make the best of it!
