Light Blue Eau de Toilette

I purchased this item and shortly thereafter I returned it for a refund. It was not what I expected. Meanwhile I purchased the same item that included a small tube of body lotion and a travel spray for less money. Supposedly my refund pf $162.43 was processed on April 28th. To date, May 15th, my account was never credited. Several phone calls to customer service were less than satisfactory. I was told their records show that my credit card was credited. It was not. The bank has no record of it. Nordstrom claims that there is nothing they can do and referred me to my bank. The bank states that it is Nordstrom’s problem. Really Nordstrom? There is nothing that you can do? This is how you treat your customers? I have been a customer for many years and this is how you treat me? I will never set foot in, or place an online order with Nordstrom again! At the very least you could have offered a credit for a future purchase. Obviously customer loyalty no longer means anything to you! I am very disappointed!
