Cute top if you wear it tucked in
I have this top, sized down from S to XS, which was the right choice. I'm 5'6" and feel like for anyone much taller this would not work. It's on the shorter side but looks really cute tucked in. I tried wearing it once untucked with denim shorts and it was just too wide, especially when i looked at my profile. When the weather was warm I paired it with my button fly light weight Madewell jeans and black sandals, felt comfortable and put together.
If you like the gingham look, this is a super cute top, just wear it tucked like it's pictured on the model.

Huge, frumpy
So cute on the model but the medium was gigantic on me. Seemed almost like it was mislabeled as it felt like an XXL - very wide and long. Had potential just way too big.
