- DINO FACTS: The Brontosaurus has a long tail, an enormous body and a narrow neck. The dinosaur grew to around 15 tons and 22 m. While skeletons of the Brontosaurus have been found, scientists have never found a skull. It probably had a small head similar to the Apatosaurus.
- THUNDER LIZARD: The name Brontosaurus means "thunder lizard." Scientists used to believe that the dinosaur snapped its tail like a whip.

A cat is not a brontosaurus
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered a brontosaurus for my nephew who loves dinosaurs. I was kind of confused when I received a small cat figure. The quality of the material is good,Ike a sturdy hard plastic and doesn’t seem to have any bad paints or dyes. The cat is cute, but it is pretty small and may be a choking hazard for small children. Also a cat is not a brontosaurus.

Great Longneck
This dino is the perfect size for little hands and a great friend for the T-Rex to "eat/bite." My son loves to have dino battles in the tub with his dinosaurs that don't float away.

Durable Toy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son loves dinosaurs and the brontosaurus is his absolute favorite. This toy looks realistic and is durable, so that's a huge plus! He partakes in imaginative play with it along with his other dino friends everyday. The addition of the Schleich
brontosaurs is now his best loved in his collection.

Cute toy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy was super cute. A little bit smaller than I was expecting, but that's okay. I was happy to see that when I opened the package it didn't have a chemical smell like some plastic/rubbery toys do sometimes. My son liked it so overall pretty good.

Great for imaginative play
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I ordered this toy to play with my daughter. She loves dinosaurs and dragons. She often plays with them in her sensory bin, or in the bath tub. This brontosaurus was the perfect size for her. Not teeny tiny, and not too large. She has had it for quite a while now, and it's often one of her go to hands in imaginary play items when she gets home from school. It's a hard plastic dinosaur toy, so I don't have to worry about water getting inside and causing mold or bacteria to grow inside of it. Once she's done playing with it I either wipe it down with a disinfectant wipe, or pop it in the bleach bath with other toys. It's definitely one of her favorite toys, and I' glad I ordered it. No loud obnoxious roars, or flashing lights to over stimulate or upset her or any other child. Makes a great toy for most kids on the Autism spectrum.
