Diagram Platform Sandal (Women)

I tried to order this in both black and white knowing they are on "backorder" until April 2024. The black one was CANCELLED by nordstrom one week later saying it was sold out. When I went to the website, it showed my size still being available. I was not about to reorder it knowing the website may not be up to date or just plain wrong. I spoke to customer service and there was nothing to they can do to uncancel or even verify the item actually exists in the stock. I see from the previous reviewer that she received a completely wrong pair of shoes from Prada. This has happened to me a couple of times before. When I search for this item online, I see it NOWHERE - not even on prada website. Maybe this is for next season but why is Nordstrom even trying to sell it now when they are not even available for months? And then I get a charge notification this morning for the white one. Why is Nordstrom charging me for an item that apparently is sold out again, and not available until April of 2024? Isn't their policy not to charge until shipped out? I called customer service - was put on hold after discussing a bit with someone for 12 minutes and then the hold line hung up on me. Ugh! Does this pair of shoes really exist? I don't see it ANYWhere online. IS this a fake inventory item allowing early charges to customers? Nordstrom is very disappointing lately

This is the second time I have received a completely different designer shoe than the one in the picture online. The first pair was from Valentino showing a stacked heel slide, I received the flat slide version. So wrong description & photo of actual item shipped out 3x! Nordstrom has since replaced the photo, but description remains incorrect. So these lovely Prada sandals were shipped out and I received a black platform heel see photo’s. Not sure what is going on but it’s a mess trying to get the correct item in women’s designer shoes. Apparently I am not the only one; see Prada patent leather lug sole sandal reviews. Oh well, hopefully the second time around I’ll get the correct sandal. Good luck shoppers!
