I received a used sweatshirt
I payed extra to have this sweatshirt sent to my by a certain date and received it and it had stains on the game day part, no tag attached, smelled of woman’s perfume and looked and felt worn. I expected better from Nordstrom and would expect them to check items before they just mail them out to there customers. I have no idea how someone could have sent this sweater out thinking it looked like a new sweater. I’m very disappointed with Nordstrom on this.
