Upper: Breathable mesh allows ventilation of excess heat for cooling comfort. Anatomical insole for arch support and heel support.

Happy feet

I ordered these online, never seen in real life. I do own another pair of Ryka shoes and like them enough to try this walking shoe. I am going on a trip and specifically wanted a walking shoe because I'm expecting lots of walking. My normal size, 7, was way too big so I ordered 6.5 and it's a perfect fit. Upon arrival I liked the blue color and fabric but wasn't totally sure because the shoe style did go down a bit towards the back. I tried them on and my feet were completely in foot heaven. Seriously, the cushy-ness and support were all blended into one. I wore them for about 4 hours and my feet were comfortably supported. I will wear them for longer periods to break them in further before my trip. I seriously cannot wait to walk more in these shoes.

ouch!

Shortly after trying these on & walking around the mall, these sneaks caused searing stinging pain throughout the footbed. Had to return. Will stick with my Hoka Cliftons.

Happy feet

comfortable, good cushioning

I am pleased with these Rykas. Never tried this brand before. They are comfortable immediately out of the box and have great cushioning. I wear size 8 and my feet are somewhat narrow, not a true narrow. Room for all of my toes. I spent a weekend in NYC, did lots of walking and my feet were very happy!

Ryka Fan

Disappointing

Bought these for fitness walking. I have long, narrow feet and high arches. While they fit in length in my usual size, the overall fit is awkward, they look super long and narrow from the top, with a narrow toe box. The heel is not secure and slips out easily. I had to skip the last pair of eyelets because the laces were way too far up on my foot, making it feel like circulation was being cut off. But the worst part for me was that they feel overly cushioned, it was like walking on marshmallows, even the shoe liners are super pillowy. My forefoot started hurting within minutes when I went for a brisk walk, so they are a no-go for me.

Great for long dog walks!

Was looking for a Ryka walking shoe with good support, traction, stability with a more durable sole. After I received the correct size, I got to enjoy them! Usually size 6 fits, but I had to exchange to 5.5. Works better.

Wonderful, comfortable shoe!

This is my first purchase of the Devotion X 2 after having worn the Devotion 3’s. Cushioning is fabulous as well as the fit. They seem a bit longer than my Devotion 3’s; however, this has been no issue for me.
