N127 The Siena Saddle Bag

First time purchasing this brand, and expected a lot as it is highly advertised, but was disappointed. The leather does not have that new leather smell, and seems stiff and thin. The style itself is nice, small but would hold essentials. The should strap is very thin; could do with a thicker one. Was very disappointed in Nordies, as it did not come with a dust bag, and was only inside of a plastic bag, so I assume it was a return. I had read others had complained about the dust bag issue, but thought I would try my luck.. didn't work. Nordstrom needs to do better.
