gorgeous print but slip is not attached

This dress is beautiful and looks like it appears in the picture. The biggest issue is there’s a half slip underneath but it’s not attached. It keeps riding up. For the price, I would have expected a fully lined dress or at least have it attached on the sides. Unfortunately, I had to return it.
