Deeana Tassel Loafer (Women)

I really like the look of these shoes, and they’re genuinely comfortable—I was happy with them at first. However, one of the tassels came off after very minimal use, which is disappointing and feels like a quality issue. I reached out to manufacturer customer service hoping for a simple fix, like a replacement tassel or repair, and offered to pay for it but they weren’t helpful and didn’t offer any solution. That part was honestly more frustrating than the defect itself.

This shoe fits well in the front, toes aren't squished. Arch felt good. But the heel cup is too big. I've not experienced this in a shoe before, where it feels like the right size, but there is a gap between my foot and the back of the shoe. Which made my heel slip out when I walk. I compared to shoes I have that fit well, and those heel cups are much more rounded, while this one is more pointy. It is a nice shoe, so I give it 5 stars. It's just not for my foot. It might be great for someone else.
