Faulty Clasps
I own two of these beautiful bracelets. The issue is the clasp on BOTH of the bracelets. One of the bracelet’s clasp opens on its own while being worn. The second bracelet’s clasp is currently jammed and I’m unable to open it. I’ve had to sleep with it a few nights at this point since I can’t get it off. When I purchased it, the clasp wasn’t easy to open. As I’ve worn it more, it’s just gotten worse. A Nordstrom rep offered to send both bracelets to their David Yurman repair specialist, however, the turnaround is two months. Seems like a huge hassle for bracelets.
