Nice necklace, disappointing display/packaging
The necklace is fine but I was very disappointed in the packaging and display. When I picked it up from the store it was in a bag in a cardboard box. The necklace was bunched up into a tiny, knotted ball that took the associate and myself ~30 minutes to untangle. It's hard to tell but I'm guessing some pieces of the chain are bent in some way due to this. The store was kind enough to get me a generic Nordstrom brand necklace box but given the Yurman brand and cost I expect better from them.
