Confusing signage for sale items.
I bought three David Donahue dress shirts at your GSP store. The shirts had no price tags; the salesperson said the price had increased to $175 but sold them to me at $155. Although there was a sale sign, the discount (evidently) did not apply to my purchase.

shocked. terrible customer service.
Ordered and paid for expedited shipping for my first Daddy Daughter Dance on Saturday. Closest mall 2 hours away. Arrived and you can tell the shirt was clearly a returned item. Buttons not buttoned and missing forms in the fold. The David D tag is blue and clearly it ran blue ink on the white shirt. Called and was respectful as I’m in the fulfillment industry. These things happen. Was basically told sorry. You can return it. Call us back if you find another shirt and we will wave shipping. Not sure what I expected but for Nordstrom I was expecting a stronger response and higher quality.
