Darren Leather Shoulder Bag

I received a Darren shoulder bag, and the rings that attach the shoulder strap to the bag are secured with two tiny screws on each side. While I was out shopping, the screws came loose, fell out, and the bag dropped to the floor. I contacted Rebecca Minkoff Customer Service simply asking for replacement screws—these are extremely small, similar to eyeglass screws. Instead of helping, customer service made the process unnecessarily difficult. I was required to provide a receipt just to receive assistance, and even after doing so, no help was provided. I was then referred to a repair service, but when I contacted them, they stated they do not handle repairs for Rebecca Minkoff bags. This bag cost over $400 with tax, yet the company was unwilling or unable to provide four tiny screws to make the bag usable again. The lack of support and accountability for a clear hardware defect is unacceptable. I do NOT recommend purchasing from this brand.
