Perfect if it had belt loops

This jacket could be perfect with side belt loops. It’s cute, made of a nice fabric, and size L fits slightly small and snug at the shoulders. My waist is thick, so I would prefer to wear the jacket open with the belts hanging at my sides, as they are too long when tied at the back. 5’-6”, 167 lb, size 12, L
