Cutlery 3.25-Inch Heavy Duty Paring Knife Anthem Wave Handle

I have had a Rada paring knife for so many years and I love it. It is always my go to knife. However, I did not have their sharpner and used a roller one. It still gets very sharp for awhile, but I know it is time for a new knife. That is why I am buying one now. Their tomato slicer is excellent. I never mushes the tomato, slicer withougt any effort and is so precise.

My husband is the cook in our house. He complains constantly about not being able to find a good, strong paring knife to cut vegetables and other items. My school had a fundraiser through this company and when I saw the review about the Anthem Heavy Duty Paring Knife it sold me on purchasing two for him. He loves them.

This new collection is amazing. Fits so great in your hand and is so heavy duty. Quality and craftsmanship is top notch as always from Rada. I've got many knives and tools from here along with dips, spices,etc. They're all great. Last a lifetime and easy care. Always sharp and precise. I've been handed down rada knives from older family members like a heirloom. Anthem is a bit more in cost but you get a great knife with such an upgraded handle. It is heavier than original version, but it's all in what you prefer. Want a lighter knife buy original and if you want a heavier blade then get Anthem. I am so excited to use it and have it for many more years to come. And rada let's school's have a great product to raise money, not that cheap stuff or over priced tupoware stuff. Plus it's made in the good old USA which we need more of.
