Great shirt-didn’t survive it’s first wash

I bought this polo and loved it. Wore it one time. Washed it on delicate to be safe, came out with three runs in the shirt. We have a great washer and dryer. No other clothes have been ruined. This is my third piece of Johnnie O clothing that has struggled with washing. Frustrating. I love their clothing and continue to buy, but this piece unfortunately didn’t survive. Really bummed.
