Crop Jacket

This is a minimalist and practical jacket. I’m wearing it as an alternative to a denim jacket. I like that it is short but not too short and falls well beneath the waist. It is rayon and polyester so it is does not have the organic feel that I prefer but it drapes well and doesn’t wrinkle— excellent for travel. It is warm and ideal for spring and fall or very cool summer nights. I ordered a small and typically wear a 4 or 6. It runs generously.

The crop jacket by Vince Camuto fits me well : not an oversized fit which is not becoming in a woman my size and age ( 5' 2 1/2'', 116 lbs, > 65). It is classic and can be dressed up or down. It's perfect for spring and even early fall. The sleeves are long on me but I will just fold it. I shop for classic clothes that last, not trendy, fast fashions. I'm going on a trip where there will be significant walking and riding in buses and bullet trains and this jacket is quite appropriate. I took one star off for the price. Highly recommend.

I bought this a month ago and have reached for it on several occasions. It goes with everything! It’s a perfect lightweight jacket that looks more put together than a sweater and you can wear with jeans. It’s really my new favorite. I think it’s a bit overpriced due to the fact that it’s a cotton jacket. But I hope to get a lot of wear out of it. Therefore I decided it was worth it.
