I ordered online for full price. Received and within 24 hours, bag was marked 40% off online. I reached out to customercare at MacDuggall. It’s been approximately 4 days and no response from the company. I called Nordstrom today and they said I can return the bag in a Nordstrom store and repurchase to get the discount. I’m used to better customer service from Nordstrom. Disappointed
