I believe by law the store is supposed to state WHAT COUNTRY the shoe is made.
Nordstrom attorneys should be better advising their client Nordstrom.
It is not nice to try to fool your customers.

Is it really Italian leather?
Based on the UPS tracking, the shoe was shipped from Turkey so am not sure if it's 100% Italian leather. When I opened the shoe box; it smelled like plastic not the leather smell that one would expect from a good quality leather product. On a positive note, the sneaker looks good and you can remove the insole so you can switch the insole. Came with an extra set of white and brown laces. I'm normally a size 6 so ordered a half size up and it fits perfectly. It ships very quickly.

Receive looking very worn!
I was so excited to pick these up because I thought they were super cute online. I took them out the box and they looked very worn and one of the shoes look like it has stains. Shoe looks great on but I’m definitely sending them back and is in disbelief that this shoe was sent out looking like this.

Absolutely adorable, and 100% exactly
Absolutely adorable, and 100% exactly what I was looking for!!! 10/10. Keep in mind they are very flat inside (no arch support) so they not meant for walking long distances. Definitely one of my favorite purchases this year!!!

Soft to the touch and comfortable to wear.
I actually bought 4 pairs: silver, gold, red/brown Croco embossed and grey/brown Croco embossed.
They came with multiple sets of shoe laces that one can mix and match.
