Cozy Cotton Boucle Lumbar Pillow with Down Insert

First to say had I paid attention to these pillows (I ordered two in Beige to use in a pair of chairs in my home) I would probably not ordered them. I am about to return them to the manufacturer that shipped them, I imagine I'll be paying the shipping, and so it goes for not paying attention. The reason for the return is the quality of the very open weave fabric is not as I expected. The fill is so much feather that coupled with the open fabric weave it smells "feathery". You know what I mean of the aroma of some untreated fills. The concealed zipper doesn't go end to end for the pillow and the fill is so large that is is hard to get into it. (This is not my first pillow fill rodeo so I do know how to do it.) The zipper seems a little flimsy. And this are just not comfortable to sit back against as a chair lumbar. If you're planning to use them just as decor and not to sit back against and you're looking for a sort of hand knotted, very open weave and you don't have sensitivity to feather aroma, this could work for you. But for me, back they go.
