The stripe runs the full length of both pieces — bowl and handle — in two cast resins: a deep, high-gloss black and a cloudy white-grey with a marbled, smoky character. The bowls are broad, the handles wide and flat, with enough weight in the hand to feel considered. Passed around a table that's already busy — a large bowl, several dishes, people reaching across each other. The servers go back to the rim between passes, held at the edge while the meal continues.
