Customer service should do better

I ordered these pants for a trip in size 10. When I received the pants which took forever, they’re huge on me. I noticed the tag said 14 au, 10 us. The receipt inside the bag said size 14. I believe that they sent me the wrong size. Instead of 10 I received a 14. I called Customer service to see if they would expedite a size 10 since it was their error and they said they couldn’t expedite a new pair and they could not refund me until they received the return pants from me. Even though this iwas their error. Nordstrom should do better.

Poor fit

I had bought a pair of these in a different color. Loved the fit so I bought another pair in brown. Fit TOTALLY off. The waistband is already stretched out. Very disappointed that one can't get the same quality in the same item across colors
