Not really a sweatshirt/not really a sweater...
This is shirt is...woven? It's more put together than the typical sweatshirt. It's not quite as fancy as a sweater. It's like the Hallmark version of the sweatshirt with the perfect wisp of "tousled" hair gets the small town guy realize the hard headed big city woman DOES have a heart of gold. Just a little bit of just right casual magic.
