Blouse in soft woven cotton. Scoop neck at front with narrow ties, buttons at front, and elbow-length sleeves with elasticized cuffs. Scalloped-edge flounce at neckline and cuffs with eyelet embroidery. Gathered seam at waist and a flounce at hem.
