So disappointed.
I was so in love with this when I saw it online. I’m usually a Large so ordered an XL after reading other reviews. I’ve been obsessed with chocolate brown so was pumped about this.
When I got it, I could immediately tell it looked small. When I tried it on, I opted to keep it even though it wasn’t oversized AT ALL. Like, you can’t wear this with leggings or yoga pants unless you want your whole booty on display.
As I wore it, I also realized that it was kind of flimsy/thin material and not true “sweatshirt” material.
Here’s the kicker. I’m a pro at laundry. I read every label meticulously and follow every instruction because my clothes are my BABIES. After washing this for the first time, it’s now unwearable!! It’s misshapen, shrunken and now just totally going in the trash.
I am SO bummed but hope this review saves you from splurging on this.

As a sweatshirt I think it’s true to size. If you are wearing it like a polo shirt, then yes I would size down. The brown is an espresso brown and the color of the season. Not super soft inside but so great on.
