Used Shoes Quality Control Issue
I just got these Nikes and they were clearly used: ripped Nike box, creased toe areas, laces are yellowed, pet hair inside and all around shoe (what if someone is allergic- this is dangerous and gross). Quality control at Nordstrom and/or Nike has plummeted. I got another shoe from Nordstrom this week and it came in an unoriginal unmarked white shoe box (those were Adidas that usually come in blue box). The shoe suede was marked too. Annoyed at both orders.

I love these ! I just got them today so I can’t speak of the quality long term but they are so comfy and cute right out of the box. I am so excited to wear these with everything this spring . The fuzzy green reminds me of a shag rug or a tennis ball . Love . They also match the Gucci nail polish perfectly and come with extra laces in green. I was worried they were true to size and would be just right but they are slightly larger which I find comfier for tennis shoes .

Tres Love Vintage Green Nike Cortez Sneakers!!!
I was surfing Nordstrom.com and this vintage green Nike's popped up. At first I passed. But for some reason, it kept on lingering in my mind. The green reminded me of the green in our 1970s home, the kitchen counter, the curtains. But this particular vintage green was more vibrant. The sneakers arrived today. It is very comfortable, on the snug side. But the green is vibrant and gorgeous. It transported me right back to my childhood in the 70s, along with my Dittos wide bottom pants, and my OP collar shirt. GET THEM!!!! Highly recommend. And its beats the $1k Prada or Chanels sneakers.

I purchased my normal size 8 in a gorgeous green online. I was pretty excited about these. When they arrived, I found them even cuter than I imagined, and as perfectly comfortable as I knew they would be. YES. Everything you want in a sneaker- fun color, vintage vibe, comfortable (I walk miles in these), go with everything. I found these to run true to size (I’m an 8, went with an 8). Just a heads up that you will get compliments from friends and strangers! Something else to keep in mind, they may hold in the heat a little, so if it’s a super hot day (ie NYC in the swampy summer), your feet will feel a little warm. I still wear them though.
