Contour Collection Eyelift Bioremodeling Peptide Multiplex Eye Serum

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Defective applicator, injured my eye area, I was so excited to try this serum before launch, the ingredients locked amazing and the packaging is beautiful. But unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing and honestly scary. The first time I used it, I felt a sharp stinging sensation around my eye. I brushed it off thinking it was just the active ingredients. The second time, the burning was much worse on one eye, so I looked closely at the applicator and realized the problem: the plastic cap on the roller ball was not removable and have a sharp edges that was scratching my delicate eyes area with every use. My eye got red, swollen and inflamed, I even tried applying the formula with my finger to give another chance, and while there was no immediate reaction, when I went to put concealer later, it wouldn’t adhere and my skin was visibly flaking from the damage. I really wanted to love this product, but a sharp defective applicator near the eyes is a serious safety concern, I hope the brand fixes this before launch because the formula itself might actually be good.
