Faye Sandal (Women)

I loved the look of this sandal style when I tried them on to wear at my only son's wedding. I needed navy blue, hard to find, and I thought buying a lower heel in the COMFORTIVA brand would insure that I was buying a comfortable supportive sandal and that I wouldn't have pain while on my feet for several hours in a formal gown walking, standing, and dancing. I walked around the house for just a few minutes and deemed them usable. I am sad to say that after less than 90 minutes into the big day, my feet were in terrible pain that lasted the rest of the evening. There was no arch support that I could feel, and the sandal put tremendous pressure and weight on the balls of my feet. If there was padding, I could not feel it. These should have worked but they did not. I just tried to stay festive and keep dancing and moving because the band was AMAZING and I wanted to celebrate with my son and all! It was such an important night for my family! Finally, when just a few family and friends and my son and wife remained at the reception, I took the sandals off and went barefoot, still in pain. So disappointing.
