Crushed to death
Gorgeous hat, true to size, but arrived shoved into a plastic packaging bag. Could not reshape it to its original shape. It arrived completely flat. Probably ruined a $$$$ hat before it even had a chance to be sold. Such a shame bc I would’ve kept it otherwise.
