Every woman needs at least one pair of these gems!
Personally, I love the fact that no refrigeration is required. The inserts chill fast when applied to your skin. They are just the right amount of cool when you need it most. Also, the inserts are discrete enough that you can tuck them in your bra and no one will notice.

Im so sad. They worked amazing the first 10 times. Now they will not harden/cool.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience with the pads not hardening. coldHER inserts use Phase Change Material, and in warmer environments (especially close to body temperature), they can sometimes have trouble returning to their fully cooled, firm state. While they don't usually need to be refrigerated, in this case a reset in a cooler environment (like some time in the refrigerator) should help restore their performance.
