How to use: Place coldHER pads directly on your skin for targeted cooling—under your bra strap, inside your bra or wherever cooling is needed most. Once the pads are fully liquid or no longer cooling, remove them and let them harden at room temperature for 3-60 minutes, depending on the ambient temperature. Reuse again and again for cooling comfort. To clean: spot clean either side of the pad with a damp cloth and mild soap.
