Bag Was Not Brand New
It’s a gorgeous bag but it arrived used. It didn’t even have a price tag. I will definitely be returning, as it’s a pricey bag to settle for it being used.

Beautiful bag;packaging not so much
I was lucky enough to snag this bag in the warm brown suede on sale. Took a star away because when it arrived I was very disappointed in the packaging. I had the same experience as another reviewer- they smooshed the handles down to fit it in the box and even the crossbody strap was just crumpled and twisted up and stuffed in, I don’t quite understand this move. Beyond that it arrived with all the inside stuffing but no outside packaging at all, was just put in a plastic bag. Also there was a sticky spot on the tag which in turn stuck to the outside of the bag, leaving a sticky spot on the suede. All in all pretty disappointing packaging and handling wise. If this bag were still available from Coach I would probably return it and buy directly from them, but alas they’re no longer selling the warm brown suede from what I can find. The bag itself is stunning.

Absolutely love this bag. I recently traveled with it and it did not disappoint. I inserted an organizer which is super helpful and it fits a ton like an iPad, AirPods Max, and my tech pouch. Now in terms of it fitting underneath the seat, first class is a tight fit. Laying it sideways works best and this was on a United and Hawaiian flight. On the other hand flying on Alaska Airlines in extra legroom the bag is able to fit standing straight up underneath the seat. Overall, this is a great bag and I’m happy that I purchased it.

There’s Nothing Like It!
What can I say that hasn’t been said about this beautiful bag?! I carried just few days ago a woman gushed about how it was more beautiful in person than online. She’s right! Listen if you’re okay with a heavier bag and you know what you’re using it for, I think you’ll be happy with the Empire in ANY color. The Maple is just delicious!! There is nothing like it at this price point, and you do not have to compromise style for function.
