Disappointed there are no reviews! This bag is huge! Definitely big enough to fit a kitchen sink full of items in here. It's too big for me but it's beautiful. I love it! Great for traveling, too.

Zero care
Horrible, just horrible treatment, but treatment would mean they did something. They did absolutely nothing. It will never matter how nice the bag is, it will always remind that cared zero for me, my love for my wife, and my wife.

I love Nordstrom, but whoever is packing people’s items should really pay attention to what’s being shipped. First off that isn’t a small bag and the box that it was sent should have been a larger box. When I opened it the straps were folded. Who’s to say I wanted creasing in my straps. Now to the bag itself love love this bag, the size and the color is perfect!

SO IN LOVE WITH THIS BAG
I have no complaints with this bag except that I wish it had more pockets but overall it’s fantastic! I use it as my every day work bag and it doesn’t feel heavy even when I can put a lot of stuff in it!

It’s beautiful to look at, but think of it as luggage, as it will NOT work on your shoulder—very stiff and heavy. A backpack or tote bag would be much more useful in this size. Unfortunately, Coach’s slightly smaller shoulder bags have no organizational features, so I’ll be skipping Coach altogether this year.
