Disappointed

The necklace was pretty but tarnished within a week…they offered to replace it with the same necklace but in silver…came today and the chain was kinked in several places and I was not able to get the kinks out

turn color

I really loved this necklace initially and wore it all the time, but after about a month it started turning an unattractive color. The front is the only part that still looks good.

Item poorly shipped

the necklace is pretty, but kind of similar to every necklace available right now. I bought 4 for favorite things gift and the box they shipped had the necklace chain hanging outside of the box.
