RUN SMALL & The fabric rips easy

So I had placed in order for this dress in a size medium because the my usual size but I had size up two different times and the L & XL don’t even fit me either. Also, I noticed that two of the dress I placed an order on has tears on the fabric. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful dress it just runs super small and the fabric quality is horrible

Irregular hem from manufacturer.

One star because the hem on this dress was very irregular. I love the dress but had to have the hem fixed by alterations. I was charged $77 to fix a defect on the dress. I’m supposed to get the gist back in Nordy Notes but I don’t think I should have been charged anything.
