Chill Pleated Mid Rise Denim Bermuda Shorts

I love l these, the material looks denim but it’s lightweight cotton, easy fit, not high rise but sits on my waist. love the longer wide leg, (remember culottes?) wanted something to cover these old knees & still be cute with shorter tops. I also bought the “moonbeam” color, it’s pale taupe.

If you're looking for sturdy shorts, these are not a good fit. They looked so cute in the photo that I thought I would try them. Unfortunately, the material is super thin and it clings. It feels like it could puncture or run easily, it also needs to be ironed, and worst of all, for me anyway, it shows every lump and roll. I'm not overweight, but am not 0% body fat either. So unless you have iron buns or don't care, these are not flattering. Contrast them with the denim shorts made by the same brand, and it's night and day. I'm happy that I tried 2 styles and will be keeping the other one.
