Charlie Wool Coat

Unfortunately, my experience with 2 online purchases of the Fleurette Charlie Coat was extremely disappointing. If you look into my purchases, you will see I included photos of the coat in real time as I received them. Both were clearly used and worn when they were received by me from Pentagon City Mall. Once I learned where the 2 coats originated from, I decided to call and give my feedback. Not sure if there is a quality assurance process at this particular location, but for a coat to cost $847.00 and be shipped to a customer in such bad condition is not good business. I am a pretty patient person, and I really liked the coat, so, I actually sent the first one back with pictures and a note explaining my disappointment. However, I decided to give them another chance only to receive another size in the same worn condition. Anyway, hopefully this is not common place for this Nordstrom location, because again, it's not a good business practice. V/r
