Nordstrom sent me a pair that has been worn
The shoes are beautiful. I had expected a brand new pair of shoes, not the used ones Nordstrom sent me (especially at full price). The bottom of the shoes and the tiny creases made on top from walking in the shoes showed signs of being worn for a bit.

Incredible Comfort
These shoes are beautiful, stylish and amazingly comfortable. They were a little long so I sized down 1/2 from my normal 37 to 36.5 and they fit like a glove. They are so soft I feel like I’m wearing slippers. Zero break-in required. They are great for walking/standing all day so worth the splurge.
