While the diamonds themselves are beautiful, I was disappointed with the overall experience. This is the second time I have received a pair in which one of the screw backs does not function properly, which is concerning for jewelry meant to be worn securely. Given the nature and value of diamond studs, I would have expected more thorough quality control prior to shipping. Unfortunately, I now have to go through the return and replacement process once again, and I can only hope the issue is resolved correctly this time. I hope the company strengthens its inspection process going forward, as the design and appearance of the studs are otherwise quite nice.

These earrings are amazing. Do not hesitate. The sparkle so much. The cut color and clarity were better than expected. I actually purchased two sets of earrings..two different grades with the intention to return one. The price and quality was so good I decided to keep both pairs. The second pair I will repurpose the stones as the price was better than my jewelers. This is my first time ordering screw backs and I was pleasantly surprised that they were more comfortable. When sorting through the certifications for each set of diamonds, I needed to call "Bliss Diamonds" directly for assistance. They were so helpful and knowledgeable about the diamonds I received, I ended up working directly with their jeweler to have a custom ring made. I can't say enough goods things about the earrings and the company behind them.
