Received a used/returned item
The necklace itself is lovely, however the one I received was in a Nordstrom box with a rubber band on it, and was tarnished in spots. Was obviously either a display item or a return with a price label stuck on it. Needless to say it is going back. This has happened to me before with shoes purchased through Nordstrom.com and I sent those back too. For the price of this necklace it was especially disappointing to receive an item in such condition.

Chain broke in 2 weeks
Chain broke in 2 weeks. Exactly what I thought would happen. Person at the counter said the chain was strong and wouldn't break, but it broke. A bit unacceptable for something at this price.
