Vinofresh Natural Stick Deodorant

I am trying to find a natural deodorant that works for me. I had a Taos citrus one but didn’t like the container (it was hard to twist up) so I bought this one. I decided to try one on each arm in a night I went dancing for a full test. The Taos one stained my blouse a little. On the smell test, this one did better. While they probably didn’t appreciate being involved in this experiment, my friends confirmed my observations. I couldn’t smell any sweat w this one, the Taos side had a slight sweaty odor. It didn’t knock anyone out, but it was there. So Caudalie won this round. Next I’m comparing Caudalie’s deodorant to Briogeos and Milk and Honeys deodorants, see how those fare.

I’ve been loving this deo! I have extremely sensitive skin, and tend to get pretty severe rashes with baking soda or coconut oil derived deodorant…which seems to be every other natural deodorant. I specifically want to avoid aluminum based deodorant, and I’ve had one hell of a time finding a natural deodorant that actually works. I’m a big time sweater, my body prefers 40-50 degree weather…anything above that and my pits go crazy. I have been pleasantly surprised by this deodorant - it isn’t super long lasting (12 hours seems to be the cutoff point for me) but it definitely stops the stink and moisture. It feels and smells so good and the clear formula makes it less noticeable when you inevitably smear it on the shirt that you just put on. It’s also slightly cheaper then the absolutely terrible natural deodorants that are competitors. I can’t recommend this highly enough! A note about natural deodorants: if you are using an aluminum based anti-perspirant, you’ll need some “detox” time for your body to adjust to the natural formula.
