L/XL Waste of Time & Money
I bought one Dusk Gray in L/XL and it was too small. I have an unusually big noggin so have suffered lots of awkward looking, headache inducing average sized hats. This didn't provide the desired accommodation. It squeezed my brow & temples just the same, creating the tell-tale contorted shape where the top end sticks up stiff & pointy. Not cute.
Before buying, I even took my measurement just as the size chart instructs. I measured between 23" & 24" so this should have fit without squeezing. Idk, I do have long hair. Maybe that contributed but it's average thickness, not particularly voluminous. Maybe people w/ crew & pixie cuts would have better luck.
LE is getting more hit & miss. I took a gamble buying this one item and nothing else in a single order, and with shipping having been about equal to the beanie in cost, it's not worth sending back.

Excellent value
Enjoying the nice off white color, which goes with every coat and scarf. Also the right amount of warmth and stretchy enough for a variety of head sizes. A slightly bulkier fisherman knit might be even better.

Nice hat
I bought this hat to wear under my bicycle helmet and it works well for that purpose. It’s knitted so it’s not wind proof but it’s good for those cooler fall days.

Pretty but Average Weight
I wish I had been able to get a M-L rather than a S-M and depending on how cold it is, it's fine but certainly not heavy or thick... more for "dress" I think.

Love this Beanie Hat!
I am pleased with this Beanie Hat. L/XL was perfect. Not too small or too big for my average head size. Very comfortable, strong material. Got the washed evergreen and the deep sea navy —love both colors!
