Very disappointed

I bought this sweater for a gift. It took forever to arrive, and also runs small, so I ended up having to buy another gift and kept this for myself. I’m glad did. I’d wanted it to be a luxurious gift, but it is nothing like the other soft cashmere sweaters I’ve owned. Even worse, I’ve worn it for a couple of hours on three occasions, have not washed it, and it is pilling really badly… something that has never happened with my other cashmere sweaters. It really doesn’t even feel like cashmere. I couldn’t be more disappointed.

Great colour

Good fit true to size. Washes well by hand and do not shrink or matt I have quite a few over the years and all still wearable.

Cosy cashmere

I bought the gold colour size L jumper. The colour is rich for the autumn season, & the jumper is well made. It is however a bit more snug than I normally would wear a jumper. It doesn’t look right for example when worn, rather stretched, over a tee or a blouse. I am keeping the garment, but if I buy another colour, I will size up.

Thank you for your review. We're delighted to hear you love the rich gold colour and quality of the cashmere jumper. We're sorry the fit was a little more snug than you expected, although it's helpful to know sizing up may provide a more comfortable fit for layering. Your feedback on the fit is useful for other customers and valuable for our Product Team. We hope you enjoy wearing your jumper throughout the autumn and winter.

Not a true navy

Good fit, but not a true navy. Bought it to wear with denim. Didn’t look good - too light in colour.

Thank you for your feedback. We're pleased to hear that the fit was good. However, we're sorry to learn that the colour was not what you expected. We appreciate that, although described as navy, you found it lighter than anticipated and that it did not coordinate as well with your denim as you had hoped. Your comments regarding the colour representation will be shared with our Product Team for review.

Delighted with this!

Gorgeous tee shirt. Perfect fit, soft and warm. I've been wearing it ever since trying it on - well not in bed, obviously. I am going to buy anot her in a different colour.
