Not Nordstrom quality

I wore this bracelet 3 times , on the third time it literally broke in half .. CRAZY… I returned to Nordstrom with a note of what happened . The third party seller declined my return stating bracelet was damaged .. Make this make sense, of course it was damaged it broke in half , how can a seller refuse their own damaged, cheaply made product … Some of these new sellers Nordstrom has brought on are not to be trusted .. Please do better Nordstrom
