Nordstrom, do better
I REALLY wanted these boots. What arrived was a pair THREE (3) sizes smaller than ordered. Right box, completely the wrong size in the box. When I immediately contacted customer service, they were sold out in my size. Such a massive disappointment. Now I have to rethink my intended outfit.
